Today’s Wordle Answer (#368) – June 22, 2022

It’s another glorious day for us to come together and solve a Wordle. Today is June 22 and our answer is the one everyone should know. It’s a word that gets used so much, especially in gaming circles, so I’m expecting full notes from everyone. I’ll admit though, as I was trying today’s Wordle myself, it wasn’t necessarily the first word that came to mind and took me a few guesses. I hope you’re all smarter than me, which I’m actually quite sure of.

Have you tried Wordle today? Today’s answer is a mean word. Even though we all know that word, putting it together from scratch is absolutely terrible. It has a slightly off-kilter combination of vowels and a few killer consonants that make it a bit of a wild card when assembling. Luckily for all of you, we’ve put together a list of the best seed words along with some general tips that should get you started on the right foot for today’s Wordle.

Today’s Wordle Response – June 22, 2022

As you might already know, the answer is waiting for you at the very bottom, but until then, I have prepared some tips for you all to use in case you want to solve today’s Wordle entirely by yourself- same. This time, we’re doing a game-related hint and a normal one.

  • Hint 1: Some people have a tendency to comically misinterpret any review score below 7 (which is generally considered “Good”) as today’s Wordle, which itself is kind of an exaggeration . The truth is, a game that potentially gets to 1 or 2 could actually be today’s answer, but so few actually do that, we never really use the word in that capacity.
  • Hint 2: Just as the word “good” is followed by “awesome” or “amazing”, the word “bad” is followed by terms like “awful” or the answer of the day.

Have you received today’s Wordle yet? Don’t worry, I have your answer here. Today’s Wordle is… awful. See what I meant about the terrible pairing of vowels? It’s downright awful. But it’s not as horrible as players think every game is if it gets a rating of 6 or less. We don’t even use that term for scores here at GameSpot. As I said above, it’s a mean word. That’s all for today, but be sure to come back tomorrow for even more Wordle hints!
