Tactics Ogre: Reborn is a radically updated version of the iconic tactical RPG. It is planned to launch the November 11th for PS5, PS4, Switch and PC and will bring big changes, such as voice cutscenes, new graphics and a reworked soundtrack. A few different editions are now available for pre-order, and longtime fans might want to consider picking up the Digital Premium Edition available on PlayStation and PC.
Tactics Ogre: Reborn Pre-Order Bonus
Pre-order the Standard Digital Edition and you’ll get three songs from Tactics Ogre: Reborn Original Soundtrack, recorded live and composed by Hitoshi Sakimoto. Pre-order the Digital Premium Edition and you’ll get Tactics Ogre (1995) Digital Mini Soundtrack.
Tactics Ogre: Reborn is a complete remake of the 2011 PSP game Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together. Of course, Let Us Cling Together was a remake of the 1995 classic released on SNES. Beyond new graphics and sounds, you’ll get an “updated game design” that speeds up the pace of battle, auto-saves, and an overhauled user interface. In other words, it’s about modernizing a classic while keeping the core experience intact.
The game won’t launch until November 11, but you can get a first look at the new Tactics Ogre in the trailer below.
