Steam Deck reservations are open in Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan

Following the announcement of Valve’s increased Steam Deck production capabilities, the handheld PC console will now also be available in other select countries – Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Reservations open today, August 3 at 5:00 p.m. PT / 8:00 p.m. ET.

These new bookings will not impact existing NA/UK/EU booking deadlines. So if you’re in Q3 or Q4, you’ll still be in those queue groups with the same estimated delivery dates.

Valve will partner with Komodo to distribute in new regions and will be showcased at BitSummit in Kyoto and Tokyo Game Show in September.
