Other than that, we know very little about the show other than the animation house Powerhouse Animation (Masters of the Universe: Revelation) will bring it to life. The show will be produced and written by Brian Duffield (Underwater, The Babysitter) and Jacob Robinson.

Netflix has yet to release any further details on the story, voice cast, composer, or release date, though it’s worth noting that the plot of the anime series seems to mirror the plot fairly closely. from the 2017 live-action film of the same name. which starred Tom Hiddleston and Brie Larson, based on the few details we have so far.

Skull Island is one of many anime series included in Netflix Geeked Week 2022 animation-focused day. Others include Dragon Prince Season 4, Uncle From Another World, Inside Job Season 2, and more.
